Frequently Asked Questions

  • We can currently only ship domestically within the USA and to US territories. Please allow 10-14 business days for shipments to arrive via USPS. There have been shipping delays within the greater US so we are experiencing longer ship times overall. Support your local post offices and thanks for supporting small businesses!

  • Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receiving the item(s). At the moment we do not do exchanges and do not provide return shipping labels. Any item you wish to exchange will be processed as a return and should be shipped back to us. Please pack items up securely before shipping to Putti, 200 S.     If you received damaged items, please email us at puttiplease@gmail.com. Let us know if the item was damaged during shipment and include a photograph of damaged items—a refund will not be made without a photo of the damaged product. Please retain and reuse the packing materials if possible to ship back to us and a refund will be issued for the items minus the shipping.
